Rat and cockroach control for restaurants in Tokyo
We are a specialist operator working with restaurants, shops and facilities in Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures. We handle two pests only — rats and cockroaches — and we work on finding and sealing the way in, not just killing what you can see. The on-site survey and the quote are free.
Before you contact us: what we can do in English
We want to be straight with you about this, because it affects how the job will feel.
- Enquiries, questions and quotes: English is fine, by email or LINE.
- On site we mainly speak Japanese. We will use a translation app and we will make it work, but we are not a bilingual company.
- Reports and contracts are written in Japanese. We will explain any part of them by email in English.
If you need full English support over the phone throughout the job, another company may suit you better, and we would rather say so now than at your door.
What we treat

Rats
We find how they get in, then seal those routes with metal mesh, punched metal or sealant fixed with screws. Trapping alone does not stop them coming back.

Cockroaches
German cockroaches breed inside your kitchen; black cockroaches come in from outside. The treatment differs, so we identify which one you have before quoting.
Prices
Cockroach control, annual management contract. Prices exclude tax. An initial treatment fee from 15,000 JPY applies separately.

Prices vary with the layout of the kitchen and how far the infestation has gone. The exact figure comes from the free survey. Rat work is quoted per site, because the amount of sealing work differs every time. Once you have accepted a quote, we do not add charges to it.

Rats, annual contract
If they come back through a route we sealed, we re-inspect and re-treat at no charge, with no limit on the number of times.

German cockroaches, annual contract
If you see a live one during the contract, we treat again free of charge within five business days of your message. No limit on the number of times.

One-off treatment
One free re-inspection and re-treatment within 60 days, limited to the area we treated or sealed.

Black cockroaches: not covered
They come in from outside, and we cannot tell a new entry from a re-entry. We would rather set no guarantee than one we cannot judge fairly. We explain what to expect when we quote.

About one hour. We look for entry points, harbourage and signs of activity. No charge, and no obligation.

3. Written quote
You get the price before any work starts. Once you accept it, there are no additional charges.

4. Treatment
Usually after closing time, so your business is not interrupted.

5. Written report
Date, target pest, what we found, what we did, the active ingredients used, and what to watch for next.
